      How accurate is the price?

      Package prices are fixed. Extras are priced per device, installed. Pricing assumes a standard installation, and we confirm it at a free walkthrough before any work starts.

      What's the difference between the two packages?

      Same equipment and monitoring. Pay upfront is $650 plus $32/month, month to month. The three-year agreement is $0 upfront plus $55/month for 36 months. Extra equipment is paid upfront with either one.

      Will my pets set it off?

      No. We use pet-friendly motion detectors, or plan around them with door sensors and glass-break detectors for bigger dogs.

      Do I need a phone line?

      No. Our systems report over a cellular communicator, so a cut phone or internet line won't stop the signal.

      Can you take over the system I already have?

      Often, yes. We take over and upgrade systems installed by other companies, so you may be able to keep good equipment.
