Permit-ready design, done in-house
We prepare the full submittal package ourselves: device layout drawings, riser diagram, NFPA 72 battery calculation and the manufacturer cut sheet for every device. Fire officials get a clean, complete package, and your project doesn't sit waiting on a third-party designer.
Installation and acceptance testing
Our technicians install, program and pre-test every device, then walk the acceptance test with your fire official. At the end you receive as-built drawings that show where every device and circuit actually went.
Panels we install and service
We install and program Napco, Silent Knight, Mircom and DMP fire alarm systems — from small conventional panels to addressable systems with hundreds of devices — and we take over and service systems installed by other companies.
Inspection, testing and repair
We perform the periodic inspection and testing required by NFPA 72 and your local fire code, with a written report for every visit kept in your online portal. When something needs repair, our own technicians handle it.
Monitoring without phone lines
Every fire alarm we install reports to a UL-listed central station over cellular or IP communicators, so it keeps working as copper phone lines are retired.
